Vapor-X SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 4870 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 Video Card

I made this card for a couple of weeks and could not be happier. This is the first offering high-end, I bought one of the two largest graphics companies, and it happens to be cheap.

In addition to great value, are generally satisfied with the extreme performance of this card. E 'treatment of all that I could throw at it including the kitchen sink and everything else from the North Pole to South Pole

While the fan is very quiet,is very quiet. And if it is strong, very strong. I noticed that little or no audible up to 30 percent, very quiet at 40 percent.

By the time you hit 60 percent the speed of the fan, it tends to be in the upper range of what most people would consider acceptable. If you hit 70 to 80 percent is extremely difficult.

But I tend to leave the fan on auto and rarely reaches high levels when you play a game. Only when in trouble with the fan speed manualconfiguration.

But if you plan to observe more and produce more heat would not be surprised if the fan noise is very acceptable.

Although it tends to be slower than a 4890, I feel the 4870 is about the 'sweet spot' in the segment bang for your buck. We would all do well to spend more money to keep the 4890 and slide to the side in 4870 to buy a secondary Crossfire mode on the road.

When we start playing with these aretype of computer performance an extra 4870 would be great. For now, the 4870 offers exceptional performance in a very good bang for your relationship to the dollar.
